Wix introduces Agency AI Brain to turn your web studio workspace into a shared memory

Website‑building platform Wix has announced Agency AI Brain, a new feature for Wix Studio that effectively turns its Aria assistant into a shared knowledge hub for creative agencies. Instead of each account manager keeping their own documents and price lists, teams can now train Aria with the agency’s services, pricing, brand guidelines, past proposals and design standards directly inside the Studio workspace.

Agencies feed this information to Aria through chat or by uploading files such as PDFs, CSVs and DOCX documents. The assistant then generates a consolidated knowledge summary that staff can review and edit, ensuring that only up‑to‑date policies make it into the “brain.” Wix stresses that all of this content is internal: it doesn’t touch clients’ live sites or leak into public templates.

Once configured, Agency AI Brain is meant to help newcomers and veterans alike draft proposals faster, answer client questions consistently and avoid starting from a blank page every time. In effect, it turns Wix Studio into a living operations manual, where the rules of how your shop works are always one prompt away instead of buried in scattered folders and email threads.
