ServiceTitan’s new ‘Atlas’ app puts AI in the hands of field technicians
At its Pantheon 2026 conference on October 8, U.S. software company ServiceTitan unveiled Atlas, a new mobile app designed specifically for field technicians in trades such as plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC. ServiceTitan already provides a cloud platform for running contracting businesses; Atlas brings those AI‑driven tools out of the back office and onto technicians’ phones and tablets.
With Atlas, jobs can be scheduled, work orders reviewed, estimates prepared, inventory checked, and customer messages handled directly on site, with AI assisting at each step. The app can, for example, generate recommended service packages based on customer history, or turn a technician’s dictated notes into a structured job report.
ServiceTitan also introduced Homh, a demand‑generation platform intended to funnel residential and commercial leads to contractors using its software, tying together discovery, booking, execution, and billing. For small and mid‑sized service companies struggling with paperwork and staff shortages, Atlas signals a push toward AI‑augmented, fully digital operations that start right where the work happens: in the field.
