The solution combines Jitterbit’s iPaaS and low‑code app builder with autonomous AI agents that can navigate old UIs, trigger APIs, and orchestrate workflows on behalf of the user. Instead of clicking through multiple systems, employees can type or speak requests like “Create a new sales order, check inventory, and send a confirmation email,” and the agent carries out the steps across ERP, CRM, and other tools.

Jitterbit emphasizes that this isn’t about ripping and replacing core systems, but about extending their lifespan by adding an AI control layer on top.
