Turkish connectivity specialist Airties has unveiled “Airties Aura,” an agentic AI engine designed for internet service providers to manage home and small‑business Wi‑Fi automatically. Marketed as an AI that “Understands, Reasons and Automates,” Aura continuously monitors wireless networks and fixes issues like slow speeds or unstable links before users even file a complaint.

Aura aggregates data from routers and mesh nodes—signal strength, device behavior, application usage—and analyzes it in the cloud. Based on that telemetry, it can autonomously change channels, rebalance devices across access points, tweak transmit power, or flag problematic clients, all without manual intervention. For call centers, Aura also offers time‑based visualizations of each customer’s network, helping agents replay what happened and shorten troubleshooting calls.

For now the platform targets global ISPs, but the concept is very relevant to markets like Japan where multi‑gigabit fiber and mesh Wi‑Fi are spreading quickly.
