Ora opens up enterprise automation: build AI‑powered workflows without being an engineer

Celigo, a US‑based integration and automation platform, has moved its workflow builder interface Ora into general availability. The tool sits on top of Celigo’s iPaaS stack and lets non‑technical teams connect SaaS apps and automate data flows without having to understand APIs or write code.

Ora has been running in beta since March 2026 and has already processed close to a quarter‑million messages. Users design workflows in a chat‑like interface: they can describe what they want—“when a quote is approved, create an invoice,” “sync support ticket details into the CRM”—and an AI assistant proposes the necessary steps and mappings. When an integration breaks, Ora can also explain the root cause in plain language and suggest fixes, reducing the need to call in specialists.

Traditional integration platforms often assume developer skills, which makes small and mid‑size companies dependent on scarce IT resources. Ora pushes in the opposite direction, aiming for a no‑code feel so that operations, finance, or customer success teams can own their own automations. It’s a clear example of how AI is being used not to replace workers, but to remove the technical barrier between everyday staff and powerful automation.
