Workfellow Launches Marketplace to Plug Process Intelligence into 350+ Business Apps

Finnish task‑mining company Workfellow announced on August 30 a new marketplace that connects its process‑intelligence platform with more than 350 popular SaaS tools. Task mining refers to technology that captures how employees actually click through and navigate business software, then analyzes those traces to reveal bottlenecks and rework in everyday processes.

Through the new marketplace, customers can browse a catalog of connectors for CRM, finance, HR, and collaboration systems and select the apps where they want more visibility. Workfellow says organizations can start receiving analysis within 30 days, turning what used to be custom integrations and long proof‑of‑concept projects into a more plug‑and‑play experience.

The platform uses AI to sift through large volumes of interaction logs and highlight where wait times, duplicate data entry, or unnecessary steps cluster across departments. The company plans to introduce industry‑specific templates and eventually generate automated recommendations for workflow changes. For mid‑sized businesses that lack in‑house data teams, the marketplace could lower the barrier to running serious, data‑driven process improvement initiatives.
