Workspace app Notion has rolled out a major upgrade to its AI capabilities, aimed squarely at people drowning in raw meeting notes. The new feature lets you paste in a wall of unstructured text from a call or brainstorming session, then have Notion automatically turn it into a well‑organized document. The AI groups content by topic, adds headings, and pulls out decisions, open questions and action items into clearly labeled sections.

While Notion AI has supported chat‑style summaries for some time, this update goes further by writing directly into a pre‑built “Meeting notes” layout that teams can share or connect to their task boards. On business plans, Notion can also sync with your calendar so it can pull in meeting titles and attendee lists from tools like Zoom and Google Meet, making it easier to track who agreed to do what.
